Trainings and Workshops has been empowering people, parents, and professionals who have a disability or support a person with a disability since 1990. Our mission is to provide trainings and support to park and recreation departments, agencies, churches, and community groups, so people with disabilities can work and play in the communities in which they live. Relocating to the beautiful bay area from Nashville, Tennessee in 2011, Trainings and Workshops offers a diverse array of workshops and on-site trainings to address your agency, family, or individual needs.
In addition to the services offered on this web site, we also offer Parenting Classes for parents with children with and without disabilities. Also, we are launching a Certification for Inclusion Trainers, through Project Play Together, so trained providers are available to train staff to support children and adults with disabilities and include them in their community.
